Başkent Üniversitesi, WEB tabanlı bir İngilizce ve Türkçe Yazın Terimleri Sözlüğü [ http://edebiyatsozlugu.baskent.edu.tr ] hazırlamaya başlamış. Başka bir kümeden bu konuda bana gelen (İngilizce) haberi ve sitenin giriş sayfasındaki Türkçe kısa açıklamayı sunuyorum.

DICTIONARY OF LITERARY TERMS IN TURKISH & ENGLISH

This is a project initiated by Başkent University students of the Department
of American Culture and Literature. We have decided to build a dictionary of
literary terms in both Turkish and English to extend our own understanding
of the meaning of the terms used in the theories of literature. We have put
down our own definitions of the terminology used in literary analyses, and
we have translated these terms into Turkish. The site uses PHP and MySQL to
achieve a self-growing database. The hardest part has been to find suitable
Turkish translations for some of the terms we have listed on this website.
There are still a great number of terms that needs to be defined and
translated. If you are interested in contributing to the development of this
project, please contact us through the website:

Once you are registered, you will be able to add new terms and to write new
entries for the existing ones. You can also e-mail your definitions of these
terms to us, and we can list them on this website under your name, which you
can add to your CV as a publication. Through this project, we are hoping to
find suitable translations for the literary movements, techniques, or terms
that have not yet found their translations in Turkish and/or English, and to
establish an easy access to the terminology required in the analysis of
literary texts. We hope that you will support us in this project through
your contributions.
